ENcome accelerates integration of Engineering & Advisory activities

In view of the expansive demand concerning the repowering and revamping of mature solar power plants as well as the continuing high momentum in global PV capacity increase, ENcome Group will realign its Engineering & Advisory ("E&A") activities including strengthening of its technical staff as part of an expansive future business development strategy.

In addition to closer integration with the O&M business, the focus of the realignment will be on stronger internationalization with local coverage and contacts for E&A services across all ENcome entities on a global basis (“think global, act local approach”). This will be accompanied by decentralized management and the associated flexibilization of our E&A service offerings in the near future.

Looking forward, the technical E&A team will be led by certified engineer Christopher Porcher, who will coordinate the international activities as a Team Head and Senior Lead Engineer. As a versed and dedi-cated engineer, he has a track record of more than 15 years within the PV sector, most recently in a long-term management position at c2energy and as a TÜV-certified PV surveyor. He takes over from Stefan Rentmeister and Sebastian Schultheis who is thanked for their services.

"We are glad that Christopher Porcher has joined the team. He will successfully implement the further international expansion of our E&A activities in new construction projects as well as the further integration with our O&M services", says Christopher Berger, Managing Director of ENcome Engineering GmbH.
